Guideline for Preparing Poster Presentation
This year’s poster presentations will take place using electronic posters (ePosters) provided by our partner PosterSessionOnline. Their representative will be present during the sessions at the ePoster Help Desk in the ePoster area and can assist in case of any technical issues with the ePoster terminals.
SESSION STRUCTURE
There are 10 ePosters scheduled to be presented in a 60-minute session
The presentations will take place on 3 ePoster screens/terminals. The e-posters are viewable on all 3 displays. For the poster session, we will sort the appropriate posters and prepare them at the appropriate terminal.
DURATION OF THE PRESENTATIONS
- 6 minutes for each ePoster: 4’ presentation + 2’ Q&A
The screen is allocated as below:
Screen 1 (Liver transplantation)
Screen 2 (Minimally Invasive Surgery & Liver General)
Screen 3 (Pancreatic, Biliary, Basic and Others)
HOW TO PRESENT YOUR POSTER
Presentation will be made on-site at the poster zone on the designated date and time assigned to each presenter.
- The poster presentation session will be simultaneously held on three screens. Please arrive 10 minutes earlier than the session time at the assigned ePoster screen.
- When chairperson invites the presenter, please stand in front of the screen and start your presentation
- Proceed presentation for maximum 4 minutes, and after the presentation, please answer to the questions.
